We are a full service insurance agency providing auto, home, farm, business, life, and recreation vehicle insurance and can bundle policies for the best pricing. We service mainly in the Carroll, Stark, and Columbiana tri-county area, but are able to write insurance policies throughout the state of Ohio.

Karen Tucci

Karen Tucci

Karen has been a licensed agent since 1987. In 1998 she purchased Contini Insurance Agency from Richard Contini, who established the business in 1975. She continues to build on the foundation he began, focusing on community and customer service. In addition to being a property casualty licensed agent, she is also licensed in life insurance.

Karen lives in Malvern with her husband David. They have six children between them and seven grandchildren. Karen loves to camp, boat, and spend time with family.

Tyler Jackson

Tyler is a licensed agent and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR). Tyler Jackson joined the agency in 2006 and obtained his license in property and casualty in 2014. He has been working hard the past few years to write new business and build the business, while providing excellent service to the customers. He is an asset to the agency.

Tyler lives in Malvern with his wife Amanda and their beautiful daughter, Aurora. Tyler serves on the Volunteer Malvern Fire Department.  He loves to play golf in his spare time.

Elizabeth Burbank

Elizabeth Burbank

Elizabeth has been a Customer Service Representative at Contini Insurance Agency since September 2024. Elizabeth is the one you usually hear answering the phone when you call, or when you stop in, she is the first one you see! She loves meeting new people and our established customers.  

Elizabeth lives in Kensington with her husband Ryan. They have 2 children Lexi and Timothy. Elizabeth loves the outdoors, fishing, listening to music, playing euchre, and spending time with family and friends.
